Passing & Raising

When a Candidate has been Passed and Raised, a copy of Form LP&A5 must be submitted in order for them to receive a Grand Lodge Certificate. A copy of the form is available to download below. Once it has been completed it must be submitted to the Province via the Secretariat Toolbox.

Please note: Form LP&A5 must only be submitted after a candidate has been raised, and by edict of Grand Lodge this includes having received the Traditional History, which is required for the raising to be considered complete.

LP&A5 is not required to inform the Province of a member having been passed.
