W Bro Ronny died on 2 February 2021 aged 96. Born on 28 August 1924.
A Heating and Ventilating Engineer he was initiated into Corinthian Lodge 3600 on 19 December 1963 when the Lodge used to meet at Connaught Rooms, Bradford.
He was Master of the Lodge for two consecutive years 1978/80 and led on the move from Connaught Rooms to Hoyle Court, Baildon.
He was well known for his baritone voice and along with John Roberts (a Lodge member who sadly died in 2019) used to sing at various Lodges throughout the Province. With his wife Doreen and he was a member of the Bradford Gilbert and Sullivan society.
As a younger man he played rugby for Bradford RFC and in WW2 he served four years in the Royal Navy, located in the Pacific.
